How an order is agreed
Tell us your intended use, quantity, artwork, links and any other requirements. We will discuss feasibility, minimum quantities and availability, then send a written quote and final specifications. An order is accepted only after written customer approval and our written confirmation.
Payment
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, full payment is due by bank transfer against an invoice after approval and before production or dispatch. For larger projects we may offer individually agreed deposit and milestone terms. Do not pay against an unexpected bank-detail change without independently verifying it with us.
GST and prices
Quotes and invoices will identify the applicable price and any taxes. TapScanLink is not registered for GST and does not charge GST. If this changes, future quotes and invoices will show the applicable GST treatment.
Artwork and approvals
Customers must check spelling, artwork, destination URLs, QR destinations, quantities, materials, dimensions and any proof provided before approving. We may offer design work at a separately agreed fee. Customers confirm that they have permission to use logos, images and other materials supplied.
Custom products and minimum quantities
Some custom products require supplier minimum order quantities, manufacturing lead times or specific materials. We will disclose applicable constraints before order confirmation. Minor manufacturing variations may occur, but products must match their agreed description and any applicable consumer guarantees.
Changes and cancellations
Before final acceptance, you may withdraw an enquiry. After an order is confirmed, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellation or refunds as a voluntary policy. If production has not begun, we may agree to a change or cancellation in writing, including any reasonable and clearly agreed work already completed. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Delivery Australia-wide
We can arrange delivery across Australia. Shipping cost, method and estimated timeframe will be specified in the quote. Estimates are not guarantees. We will assist with delivery issues and meet our obligations under applicable law.
NFC and QR destinations
Customers are responsible for providing authorised, accurate destinations. Third-party services can change links, access rules or functionality. Where we provide a managed redirect or hosted service, the specific service terms also apply.
Problems with goods or services
If an item is defective, does not match the agreed description or a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, contact us. We will assess and provide remedies required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here removes statutory rights.
Disputes and contact
Please email [email protected] with your order details and concern so we can attempt to resolve it promptly. Australian law applies to the extent applicable.
